Duke Nukem je zpátky, tentokrát v 2D plošinovce. V této hře je vaším úhlavním nepřítelem Morphix, který poslal na svět nové mutanty a vy máte za úkol mutanty i Morphixe sprovodit ze světa. Hra má skvělou grafiku a je rozdělena na osm různých prostředí, z nichž každé je rozděleno na tři části. Na konci každé třetí části na vás čeká boss.
