Duke Nukem je zpátky, tentokrát v 2D plošinovce. V této hře je vaším úhlavním nepřítelem Morphix, který poslal na svět nové mutanty a vy máte za úkol mutanty i Morphixe sprovodit ze světa. Hra má skvělou grafiku a je rozdělena na osm různých prostředí, z nichž každé je rozděleno na tři části. Na konci každé třetí části na vás čeká boss.

Granáty (pipebomb), pistole (pistol), brokovnice (shotgum), samopal (assalut riffle), přeměňovač (main glopp), bazuka (RPG), laserovka.
